This is our second installment for God Words.  I intended to only give you the word Taste today, but felt the nudge to give it to you in context with two other power-packed words.

Here is the scripture I am using as a base: Psalm 34:8  Oh, taste and see that the LORD is good;  Blessed is the man who trusts in Him!

When we see the word taste or LORD or good, we think we know what they mean.  But taste is more than than sneaking cookies.  Let’s see what we can find.

Remember, read the letters and the word from left to right:

TASTE:   #2938  taw-am’; a primitive root; to taste; figuratively, to perceive:— but, perceive, taste.

That is the Strong’s definition.  But let’s take a look at the letters:

Tet 9 = Judgment.  Picture: Circle with an X in the middle – Surround. Means: Choice, Basket, Snake, or Twist

This is what Tet looked like in ancient times:

 

Tet is often called the snake in the basket.  Can you see the snake.  Of course we know the snake is satan, who is ever twisting truth and deceiving.

The next letter is an Ayin. 

Ayin 70= Completion of time. Picture: Eye.  Means: to See, Understand, Experience, or to be Seen, Window of the soul-good or bad (an Ayin is made of a Zayin and Yod—Word and Spirit)

And the last letter is a Mem.  Here is what it looked like in ancient times. That’s water pouring over a waterfall.

Mem 40= Trial, Testing, Tribulation.  Picture: Water pouring out. Means Womb, Water from the womb, Cleansing water, flowing water that brings life, Mighty, Massive Chaos, Humility, taking the low place, hidden relationship with God.

The fact that Mem is the last letter in the word, it called a final Mem or a closed Mem and it takes on more meaning: Hidden Truth.

So the definition of TASTE is:  If you will Make a choice (TET) to see and understand by My Word and the Spirit  (AYIN)  I will surround you (TET) and you will discover hidden truth. (MEM) That will cleanse you and give you life.

Now that is a loaded word for sure.

The next word is God’s most sacred name.  In fact, Jews will not say or write this name.  In your Bibles is almost always appears as LORD or Adonai.  Thus, when you see it capitalized, you know that this is the name they are substituting.

LORD:   #3068 – prounounced – yeh-hoe-vaw.  (the) Self-Existent or Eternal God.  Jewish national name of God, the Lord

Let’s see what the letters mean:

Yod 10 = The outcome or completion of something. Picture: Hand.  Means: Hand, Right Arm, Power, Right hand of God’s power, a Deed Done, To Work, to Cover, Allow, Hollow, Open Hand

Hey  5 = Grace.  Picture: Man with his arms in the air.  Means: Revelation – 5 is the number of Torah, Behold, Give Attention – (at the end of a word: comes from letter before)

Vav  6 =  Man.   Picture: Nail or Hook. Means: to Secure, Pin together, Connect -Yeshua

Okay, here is what the letters of LORD mean when they are put together in His name:

God’s Right Hand brings Grace and Revelation we need to pay attention to through a Man – Yeshua who by a Nail secures and reconnects us to God with Revelation of the Torah – God’s word.

• Yeshua is the Right Hand of God’s Power,
• He is the Revealed Word of God,
• He is the Man who took the nails for our sin to reconnect and secure us in God,
• He revealed the true meaning of God’s word, His Torah that we need to pay attention to.

And now for the final word, GOOD  

Good is #2695 and it means good, better, well, goodness, goodly, best, merry, fair, prosperity, precious, fine, wealth, beautifyl, fairer, favor or glad.

And here is the letter breakdown:

Vav  6 =  Man.  Means: Nail or Hook, to Secure, Pin together, Connect -Yeshua

Bet  2 =  Divide or Division  Picture: House.   Means: House/Family; God’s word, God’s dwelling place.

Good means:  God Surrounds (Tet) and Secures us (Vav) as His Family in His House. (Bet)

Let’s look at these three words altogether now:

Long Version:

TASTE: If you will Make a choice to see and understand by the Word and the Spirit, I will surround you and you will discover hidden truth that will cleanse you and give you life.

LORD: My Right Hand will bring Grace and Revelation you need to pay attention to through a Man – Yeshua who by a Nail secured and reconnected you to Me with Revealing the true intent of My word.

GOOD: I will Surround and Secure you as part of My Family in My House with every provision you need.

Condensed Version:

If you will make the choice to spend time with My Word, Holy Spirit will share hidden truth with you, and you will receive grace, and revelation that will give you life. Plus, I will surround you with My presence and help you to see and understand that you are a member of My family and have access to everything in My house.

Do you now see that these words we so often use have and entire chest of treasure in each one.  I hope this blessed you.
