I spoke a message at church yesterday about ‘Resting in His Presence.’  Today I found another entry in my journal to go along with the message.  May you be blessed.

I will never leave you or forsake you, yet you often leave and forsake Me.  I am as near as your next breath, yet you spend days and weeks running in search of Me or in search of how to find Me.

 Just call My name.  Whisper My name in your heart.  I’m here.

You are called to carry My Presence and speak My word as I will.  Your theme is Me.  The format is bound on the pages of My Word.  Just say, “yes” and let Me lead you. 

You like surprises, you love adventure and mystery.  Am I not the One who opens the mysteries of heaven? Call to Me and I will answer you and show you great and mighty things which you do not know. Jeremiah 33:3

Are you willing to trust Me? 

Yes, Lord, I am willing.

Psalm 62:5

Find rest, O my soul, in God alone;

(wait silently for God alone)

For my expectation is from Him;

He only is my rock and my salvation;

He is my defense; I shall not be moved.  NKJV

Press into time with Me alone.  No other voices, no other sources, Me and Me alone.  Me and My word.  Me by My Spirit.  Time alone.

There is a treasure chest waiting.  I have packed it well.  I’ve packed it with Myself, with the very desires of your heart and Mine. In Me are found all the treasures and riches you will ever need.

Colossians 2:3 of Christ– in whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.  NKJV

Rest now Beloved.  Let Me write My will on your heart.  Be still now and rest.  All is well.  Your times are in My hands.
