Here is some great news for everyone who has given their life to Jesus.

I was reading 2 Timothy 1:8-9 last week and was prompted to consider the word CALLED. And I discovered it means so much more than I imagined.

First, here is the scripture : Therefore do not be ashamed of the testimony of our Lord, nor of me His prisoner, but share with me in the sufferings for the gospel according to the power of God, who has saved us and CALLED us with a holy calling, not according to our works, but according to His own purpose and grace which was given to us in Christ Jesus before time began,

CALLED: #2564 in Strong’s Concordance. The word is used to invite, or to summon. It is especially used of God’s call for us to participate in the blessings of the Kingdom—New Creation.

And what are the blessings of living the new creation in God’s Kingdom?

Romans 8:29-30. For whom He foreknew, He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the firstborn among many brethren. 30 Moreover whom He predestined, these He also CALLED whom He called, these He also JUSTIFIED and whom He justified, these He also GLORIFIED.

Start exploring your blessings by reading all the IN HIM, THROUGH HIM, BY HIM, etc. scriptures.

Psalm 34:10 says, “The young lions lack and suffer hunger; But those who seek the Lord shall not lack any good thing.”

And in Ephesians 1:3..Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ.

And this: Philippians 4:19. … my God shall supply ALL your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.

The blessings of the New Creation/God’s Kingdom Life covers ALL the gifts and fruits of the Spirit, ALL of the attributes of God. He didn’t just change our location, He forever changed our Identity, our DNA. We have an inheritance in Jesus that far surpasses anything we can imagine.

We are CALLED to participate in the blessings of the Kingdom—New Creation.

Let’s cooperate with Holy Spirit as He teaches us how to walk in our new identity in freedom, knowing we have ALL we need to do it.
