We are going to look at the word Righteous and the word Justice today. I believe we will better understand what is happening in our country.
Righteous Strong’s H6662 – tsaddiyq
just:—just, lawful, righteous (man). It is from the primary root (H6663).Part of Speech: adjective
- just, lawful, righteous
- just, righteous (in government)
- just, right (in one’s cause)
- just, righteous (in conduct and character)
- righteous (as justified and vindicated by God)
- right, correct, lawful
Strong’s H6663 – tsadaq A primitive root
to be (causatively, make) right (in a moral or forensic sense):—cleanse, clear self, (be, do) just(-ice, -ify, -ify self), (be turn to) righteous(-ness).
Part of Speech: verb
Let’s take a look at the letters:
Tzade 90 = Humility. Picture: Fishhook Means: Righteousness, to pull toward, Desire, Trouble, Harvest.
Dallet 4 = Earth or creation. Means: Door, Gate, Impoverished man, to come from
Quf 100 = Election of God’s chosen ones, set apart as holy. Means: Holiness, Consecrated, Divide, sun on horizon, Back of the Head, Make a Complete Circle, End of a Cycle, Final, Behind, Dome, To Follow
Thus to be Righteous or Just : To be hooked or pulled toward Righteousness through the Door- Yeshua- and to consecrate yourself and follow Him completely.
Thus we see that the root word for Righteous and Just or Justice, or Judgments is the same root.
When God executes His Justice through judgments, Righteousness is born. It is my belief that much of what is happening in our nation today with the hurricanes, floods, fires, etc. are evidences that God is executing His judgment on the demonic strongholds in our country to bring about righteousness.
Whether you realize it or not, Houston is referred to at the ‘Abortion Supercenter’ for our nation. The city is also a strong supporter of the LGBT movement. Neither of these practices are in line with the word of God. In God’s eyes, demonic strongholds have been established and they are influencing His children.
Now let’s look at the word Holy, # 6918
qâdôwsh, kaw-doshe’ sacred (ceremonially or morally); (as noun) God (by eminence), an angel, a saint, a sanctuary:—holy (One), saint.
Part of Speech: adjective
Quf 100 = Election of God’s chosen ones, set apart as holy. Means: Holiness, Consecrated, Divide, sun on horizon, Back of the Head, Make a Complete Circle, End of a Cycle, Final, Behind, Dome, To Follow
Dallet 4 = Earth or creation. Means: Door, Gate, Impoverished man, to come from, Yeshua is the Door
Vav 6 = Man. Means: Nail or Hook, to Secure, Pin together, Connect -Yeshua took the nail to reconnect us with Abba
Shin 300 = Victory of good over evil, Holy Spirit. Means: Teeth, Fire, the Fire of God to consume all His enemies, Devour, Destroy, Something Sharp.
To Be HOLY: To be set apart as Holy through the Door reconnecting us with heaven by the fiery zeal of God consuming all of His enemies.
Here again we see that in order for us to be holy, God has to consume all of our enemies. God did this at the cross, still, we must live a life of repentance to in order to reap the benefits.
Many say that we are no longer open to judgment, that we are under grace. Have you read Acts 5 lately? Ananias and Sapphira were upstanding Christians–after the cross, yet when they failed to tell the truth or to repent, judgment was executed.
Grace is the power of God released to us to do His will. If we don’t walk in His will, we are open to the powers of the enemy and judgment.
James 5:16 says, Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.
I John 1:9 says, If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
As a nation we have not repented — We haven’t quit sinning. We have continued with abandon.
Jeremiah 23:5 says, “Behold, the days are coming,” says the Lord,
“That I will raise to David a Branch of righteousness;
A King shall reign and prosper,
And execute judgment and righteousness in the earth.”
Zechariah 9:9 “Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion!
Shout, O daughter of Jerusalem!
Behold, your King is coming to you;
He is just and having salvation,
Lowly and riding on a donkey,
A colt, the foal of a donkey.”
And lastly, Matthew 12:18, “Behold! My Servant whom I have chosen,
My Beloved in whom My soul is well pleased!
I will put My Spirit upon Him,
And He will declare justice to the Gentiles.“
God’s judgments are for the purpose of dethroning the false good and demonic power in our lives and establishing righteousness in our lives and in our land.
I will close with this account from Daniel 9:3-16. Daniel had not sinned, yet he went before the Lord in repentance for his nation. Substitute ‘America’ for Israel and Jerusalem and let’s join in prayer and repentance for our nation. God wants to extend His mercy.
3 Then I set my face toward the Lord God to make request by prayer and supplications, with fasting, sackcloth, and ashes. 4 And I prayed to the Lord my God, and made confession, and said, “O Lord, great and awesome God, who keeps His covenant and mercy with those who love Him, and with those who keep His commandments, 5 we have sinned and committed iniquity, we have done wickedly and rebelled, even by departing from Your precepts and Your judgments. 6 Neither have we heeded Your servants the prophets, who spoke in Your name to our kings and our princes, to our fathers and all the people of the land. 7 O Lord, righteousness belongs to You, but to us shame of face, as it is this day—to the men of Judah, to the inhabitants of Jerusalem and all Israel, those near and those far off in all the countries to which You have driven them, because of the unfaithfulness which they have committed against You.
8 “O Lord, to us belongs shame of face, to our kings, our princes, and our fathers, because we have sinned against You. 9 To the Lord our God belong mercy and forgiveness, though we have rebelled against Him. 10 We have not obeyed the voice of the Lord our God, to walk in His laws, which He set before us by His servants the prophets. 11 Yes, all Israel has transgressed Your law, and has departed so as not to obey Your voice; therefore the curse and the oath written in the Law of Moses the servant of God have been poured out on us, because we have sinned against Him. 12 And He has confirmed His words, which He spoke against us and against our judges who judged us, by bringing upon us a great disaster; for under the whole heaven such has never been done as what has been done to Jerusalem.
13 “As it is written in the Law of Moses, all this disaster has come upon us; yet we have not made our prayer before the Lord our God, that we might turn from our iniquities and understand Your truth. 14 Therefore the Lord has kept the disaster in mind, and brought it upon us; for the Lord our God is righteous in all the works which He does, though we have not obeyed His voice. 15 And now, O Lord our God, who brought Your people out of the land of Egypt with a mighty hand, and made Yourself a name, as it is this day—we have sinned, we have done wickedly!
16 “O Lord, according to all Your righteousness, I pray, let Your anger and Your fury be turned away…”
May Righteousness and Justice rule in our land once again.
