In December 2012, I asked Abba, “What do You want us to see, to know about Your favor?”  This was His response:

My favor has substance.  My favor can be seen and felt, but also handled and tasted.  My favor is not a carrot in front of a donkey, forever enticing you on, but never allowing you to grab hold.  My favor is available to all who choose to follow Me.

You cannot choose how it will be manifest and it will always surprise you in how and where and with whom I distribute favor to you.  Favor must not be your focus.  I am your focus.  It comes as you seek first My kingdom, by beholding  Me and allowing Me to change you from the inside out until you reflect the image of My Son.  Favor comes where He is seen.

It’s not about trying to be loving.  It’s about loving Me and allowing Me free access to every part of your being.  That is when complete transformation occurs and favor is granted.

It’s about not choosing your own way, but choosing Mine and following Me wherever and whenever I lead you.  Favor accompanies My will.

As you follow Me in loving obedience, I will open doors of favor all around, but rarely from who or where you are expecting.  I love to surprise you with My gifts of love.

Favor is yours as a child of the King and is freely granted when you walk in My will.

Psalm 5:12   For You, Lord, will bless the [uncompromisingly] righteous [him who is upright and in right standing with You]; as with a shield You will surround him with goodwill (pleasure and favor). AMP

Psalm 84:11  For the Lord God is a Sun and Shield; the Lord bestows [present] grace and favor and [future] glory (honor, splendor, and heavenly bliss)! No good thing will He withhold from those who walk uprightly. AMP

Psalm 112:1 Praise the Lord! (Hallelujah!) Blessed (happy, fortunate, to be envied) is the man who fears (reveres and worships) the Lord, who delights greatly in His commandments. AMP

John 15:10  If you keep My commandments [if you continue to obey My instructions], you will abide in My love and live on in it, just as I have obeyed My Father’s commandments and live on in His love.

1 John 3:33 And we receive from Him whatever we ask, because we watchfully obey His orders [observe His suggestions and injunctions, follow His plan for us] and [habitually] practice what is pleasing to Him.
