God’s word is powerful, more powerful than anything on this earth.  Yet, how often do we lean in to listen, or go to His operation manual (Bible) and search for answers?  Here are just a couple of things He’s spoken to me in the past about His Word:

I asked the Lord, “Is there a way for Your Word to be woven into every cell of my being?”—Yes, Light treatments.  Stand and gaze into the Light of My Word.  Let it penetrate and change your chemistry.  It can and it will.  The healing you need for your body, the healing you need for your soul, and the healing you need for your spirit to flourish, will be found in the Light of My Word. 

Let My Truth be your shield—your door to shut out the lies and taunting of the enemy.  I am the door of the sheepfold.  Let Me stand and My Word stand guard over you.  This is always available.  Call on Me for truth in every time of confusion, fear, temptation, and attack.  Call on Me and I will reveal the truth that you need to overcome and remain (abide) under the shadow of your impregnable God, the One Who lies beside you and across the entrance to your soul to be on guard to attack anything that would keep you from My purposes for you.

Psalm 119:105 “Thy word is a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path.”
