Monday Manna–The Secret to Endless Supply

monday-manna3In January 2017, the Lord told me that my word for the year was ‘Behold.’  After I broke down the definition and studied each of the letters, I came up with this meaning:

Behold means to Give Attention to the Word or Revelation of God that comes from the Holy Spirit.  When you do, it will bring Life and direct your Actions resulting in Restoration and Jubilee.

Please tell me more Abba.  His response surprised me.  “Do you want to take a walk?” He asked,

“Yes, Lord.”

Immediately I am in a vision. I see Him holding out His hand.  I take it and we head toward a forest.

“See these trees?  Smell the sweetness of the redwoods and the damp earth.  We are hidden from the world here, but one with each other.  I have your full attention and you have Mine.  Let Me show you what is here.  Sit down on a rock. Listen.”

There are bird calls, the chatter of squirrels and the wind blowing through in gusts.

“What else do you hear?” He asked.

“A distant creek.  Overhead I see blue sky and treetops. What are You wanting me to see Lord?”

“That there is no want here.  At this moment, you have all you need for complete peace, complete acceptance.  When you are with Me and I am your focus, you only see beauty and only experience love.”

Scriptures begin to roll on my inner screen:

My God shall supply all my need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:19)

In Him, I live and move and have my being. (Acts 17:28)

I am complete in Him…no want. (Colossians 2:9-10)

What does this have to do with ‘behold?’

He quoted 1 John 3:1 to me, “Behold what manner of love the Father has given unto us, that we should be called the children (sons) of God.  Therefore, the world knoweth us not, because it knew Him not.”

Behold who you are.  What you have as a son.  You have access to all that I have.  You have authority to do all I’ve asked you to do. Look at My word, not at what you see with your eyes.  Look at your inner man, not the outer man. In Me, there is always enough.”

Yesterday someone posted a question, “What does it mean to know the Lord?”

My answer: To know His voice, His presence. To sense when He is wanting to talk and make time for that to happen. To pick up His word and have a conversation with Him about it. Asking and listening, asking for more clarification, listening. Having some idea of what He’s going to do because you know His heart and knowing what He’s about to do won’t look like what the world is expecting. Be able to discern His voice from another or your own. All of this leads to amazing TRUST! There is NO ONE like HIM. This I know.

Do you know Him?  The secret of endless supply is knowing Him through relationship.  It must be your #1 priority.  Tell us how you are walking this out in your life.
