Yesterday morning as soon as I sat down to be with the Lord, this song came to mind. Our Acapella choir sang this in high school (1962). It is right out of 2 Samuel 23:3b-4, KJV.
He that ruleth over men must be JUST, ruling in the fear of God.
And he shall be as the light of the morning, when the sun riseth,
even a morning without clouds; as the tender grass springing out
of the earth by clear shining after rain.
I asked the Lord, “What are You telling me? The word JUST is shouting to be recognized.”
So, I looked it up in my Strong’s Concordance. – JUST #6662 from #6663 to be right in a moral or forensic sense, to cleanse, clear self, to be or turn to righteousness.
It is spelled with a Tsade, Dallet, and Qof
Tzade 90 = Humility. Picture-Fishhook. Means: Righteousness, to pull toward, Desire, Trouble, Harvest
Dallet 4 = Earth or creation. Means: Door, Gate, Impoverished man, to come from indicates a pathway, a place of decision, or an entrance to life or death. Moving in or out of something, open up, a place where change can take place.
Qof 100 = Election of God’s chosen ones, set apart as holy. Means: Holiness, Consecrated, Divide, sun on horizon, Back of the Head, Make a Complete Circle, End of a Cycle, Final, Behind, Dome
When you put the meaning of these letters together you see that to be JUST is to be humbled and pulled toward Righteousness. To move in or out of something where change can take place. (and of course, the Door/Dallet is Jesus) Lastly, it means making a complete circle and returning to our place in Him—consecrated and set apart for His use.
Is this about Trump? I asked.
He didn’t answer me, so I continued to pray and meditate on this most of the day.
Then, this morning another song came, also from 1962.
To everything turn, turn, turn,
There is a season turn, turn, turn
And a time for every purpose under heaven.
I continued to pray. Today is the day scheduled for Trump to be sentenced and the Supreme Court has not stepped in to challenge it. So, I prayed.
“Lord, I pray for him and for our nation. I trust You to use this for Your glory. May this event turn hearts—Trump’s and other’s hearts to You, realizing that You alone have power to turn this around and set right what has gone wrong. May it further open our eyes to Your holiness and sovereignty.”
Then a word I read yesterday came to mind. I’d printed it, read it, and then threw it away because it was short and memorable without saving the text. I fished it out of the wastebasket and read it again. It is from a woman called Hadassah Dove who received this word on December 31, 2024. I am only quoting from part of the word that goes along with the turning song.
“It’s a time of HOPE for the world! But in order for there to be a hope fulfilled, there must be time for the heart to seek repentance to turn back to God. Teshuvah ha teshuvah! Turn around from whence we strayed and turn back to God. Yeshua is our redeemer who cleanses and sanctifies our hearts back to God. This is the time to re-dedicate and consecrate our life back to God and get off from the wide path and onto the narrow one of life and humility. This year marks the end of a cycle and the beginnings of NEW BEGINNINGS. A time to reflect on what has been, learn from it and let go to move forward into a new direction, God’s purpose and promise.”
Teshuvah means to turn or return back to righteousness.
After I re-read this, Abba started speaking to me—
I am turning things around. I am turning things upside down. Do you not feel it? Do you not see it? It’s only just begun. Continue to stand still and see the salvation of your God. There are far better things ahead as you respond to the turning with trust and obedience.
Revival is coming like none other. Revival of hearts, revival of life, revival of true praise and joy. It will come in the turning.
You will hear a voice behind you saying, “This is the way. Walk in it.”
Obedience will birth sacrifice, and sacrifice will birth life renewed – in Me. It is not a time for fear but a time to rejoice. The God of the impossible is turning your nation upright and it will stir nations around the world to do the same. Great celebration is ahead. Rejoice, I am on task.
Is there more Lord? I asked.
Yes, Be still and know that I am God. I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth. The LORD of hosts is with you. The God of Jacob is your refuge. Selah — stop and consider this and rejoice.
Shalom my friends. Be at peace and rejoice. ♥
Exodus 14:30
And Moses said unto the people, Fear ye not, stand still, and see the salvation of the Lord, which he will shew to you today: for the Egyptians whom ye have seen today, ye shall see them again no more forever.
Isaiah 43:19 AMPC — Behold, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs forth; do you not perceive and know it and will you not give heed to it? I will even make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.
Isaiah 30:20-22
And though the Lord gives you
The bread of adversity and the water of affliction,
Yet your teachers will not be moved into a corner anymore,
But your eyes shall see your teachers.
21 Your ears shall hear a word behind you, saying,
“This is the way, walk in it,”
Whenever you turn to the right-hand Or whenever you turn to the left.
Psalm 46:10-11
Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth. 11 The Lord of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah.
