This week has been one of many changes in plans. We all have them. I planned to work on the next piece about the Spirit of the Fear of the LORD and what it is not. The time to do this was eaten by more pressing matters. 

I tried to put it together today. But, it didn’t take long for me to see that the material to be covered in research and prayer will be longer than I thought. 

So, I went to prayer. Holy Spirit reminded me of a word I received on Sunday (August 6, 2023) and prompted me to post this instead. 

There isn’t any lack of prophets speaking about the beginning of unusual shaking and revelation coming this Fall. God is saying over and over to prepare to stand in faith and do not fear. He is ready to take center stage and set many things in order. 

It was about these issues that I was praying, on Sunday. And I asked the LORD what we needed to prepare for. Immediately, I heard Psalm 106:17. 

I opened my Bible and found this: The earth opened up and swallowed Dathan, and covered the faction of Abiram.

This is the story when some of the tribe of Korah rebelled against Moses and Aaron questioning their right to call the shots over Israel. We find the story in Numbers 16. In the end, Moses calls the two families of Dathan and Abriam forward and tells everyone else to clear the area around them.

Then Moses says:  “By this you shall know that the Lord has sent me to do all these works, for I have not done them of my own will. 29 If these men die naturally like all men, or if they are visited by the common fate of all men, then the Lord has not sent me. 30 But if the Lord creates a new thing, and the earth opens its mouth and swallows them up with all that belongs to them, and they go down alive into the pit, then you will understand that these men have rejected the Lord.” Numbers 16:28-30

I encourage you to read the entire chapter. You will discover that not everyone was happy about what the LORD did here. In the future, we need to be careful of our response to what the LORD does.

Not everyone is going to like this word either, but I believe it is the LORD. 

After reading Psalm 106:7, I asked, “Is this a picture of the shaking that is coming?”

And again, there was an immediate response:

Many will fall and will be remembered no more. Their plans are not My plans. They have forced their way instead of coming to Me. My plans will stand for eternity. They have met their match and will be out-maneuvered at every turn. Watch and see what I will do.

They will try one way and then another and another and another. Frustration will rise as plan after plan backfires and stirs trouble in their camp and freedom for My people. Whom the Son sets free is free indeed. (John 8:36 NIV) No weapon formed against him will prosper. (Isaiah 54:17) He will be vindicated in open forum and they will be exposed. They are planning their own demise. 

Agree with heaven and watch it unfold. My will shall prevail despite all their efforts to do otherwise. 

Shake, rattle, and roll. It’s time for the running of the bulls. They will not be stopped, but neither will I, and I will win. You are on My side. There is no reason to fear. 

I wondered about ‘the running of the bulls’ word and went to my concordance. Most of the references to bulls have to do with the sacrifices offered at various times. Still, there was one scripture that stood out:

Psalm 22:12  Many bulls have compassed me: strong bulls of Bashan have beset me round.

This scripture, of course, was prophesying about the crucifixion and those who gathered about Yeshua with false witness and accusations, calling for his death.

Now, I realize not all of you will agree with this. My prayer is that you will read the scriptures and pray. Ask Abba for His interpretation. 

Above all, get into His Word. Make it your daily diet. We are going to need to know beyond a shadow of a doubt that Yahweh is fulfilling His will and we don’t need to be in fear. His plan for America is good and He will fulfill it His way.
